Yes, offline marketing is important. Yet people tend to forget it because a website is online of course. And there are just so many online methods to choose from, many of them extremely cheap or free.

Advertising offline does tend to cost more per click. However the quality of the traffic tends to be better, particularly if your business is geo-specific in some way.
